The program is administered by Workplace Dynamics of Exton, Pa. in partnership with Hearst Connecticut Media.
"This is an award that reflects on our culture of integrity and inclusiveness," said Managing Partner Frank Rowella.
"The firm's partners are very proud of the Reynolds & Rowella staff,"he added. "They demonstrate diligence and enthusiasm in so many ways, so that we can reach out to others, particularly our clients and communities."
Workplace Dynamics sent invitations to participate to 874 public, private, nonprofit and governmental organizations in Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven counties.
Seventy were asked for commentary that would determine how they were working together toward a common cause, with rankings to determine alignment, effectiveness, connection and management. Results were then sorted by company size.
Reynolds & Rowella fit in the small company category -- between 35 and 100 employees -- and landed at number 10 of the 25 organizations on that list.
"Our research has proven that what's most important (to employees) is a strong belief in where the organization is headed and how it's going to get there and the feeling that everyone is in this together," said Doug Claffey, CEO of Workplace Dynamics.
The award presentation took place at a Sept. 22 ceremony at The Waterview in Monroe. Partner Ben Maini and 10 of the firm's employees attended.
