Roger Sherman Inn's Summer Wine and Culinary Series

Join us On the Porch for a summer series that celebrates the best of France's food and wine. The Inn's own Tour de France, an original culinary event that transports you to a unique region of France world famous for its wonderful flavor. The tour begins with a paired salute to the wines of the Rhone Valley and French Moroccan cuisine, creating a wonderful combination of French and French-influenced tastes. Moroccan entertainment will enliven the evening with belly dancers and hookahs. As Nes Jaffre, co-owner of the Inn, explains: “With our fabulous porch and the summer season upon us, we wanted to celebrate the fantastic food and wine that the many regions of France offer with four unique events throughout the summer months. Since I’m of Egyptian descent (of course, this is about me!!), we thought a little Moroccan fun would be a great way to launch our RS Tour de France. And, who needs to travel this summer, when all you need to do is join our tour! We hope many will sign up for the whole series and enjoy a fantastic experience.”
