Ridgefield Playhouse Presents Dr. Phineas’ Muppets

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – Ridgefield  Playhouse will present "Dr. Phineas’s Magical Emporium" puppet show Sept. 29.

Tim Clarke, who has been a puppeteer with Jim Henson and his Muppets, "Sesame Street," "The Dark Crystal" and "Fraggle Rock," brings to the stage a new story about a chef who befriends a dragon in the “Dragon and the Pepper.”

"Dr. Phineas’s Magical Emporium" is a modern day fairy tale of the chef who was banished from his homeland, only to make friends with a fire-breathing dragon.

Ridgefield’s Piccolo Pizza and Jazzeria is offering a free scoop of gelato to anyone who shows a ticket or stub on the day of the show.
