Friday, Feb. 15 Cloud Computing Class at New Canaan Library: 9:30 a.m.  End users access cloud-based applications through a web browser or a light-weight desktop or mobile app while the business software and user's data are stored on servers at a remote location. Cloud computing allows enterprises to get their applications up and running faster, with improved manageability and less maintenance, and enables IT to more rapidly adjust resources to meet fluctuating and unpredictable business demands. Saturday, Feb. 16 "Little Red Riding Hood" Exhibit At New Canaan Historical Society: 9:30 a.m. to noon.  "Little Red Riding Hood" is a fairy tale that has fascinated generations from the 1800s to the present. Collector Peg Rice has collected all things "Little Red" and much of her vast collection is on display at the New Canaan Historical Society. The exhibit will be on display until March 2. New Canaan Historical Society, 13 Oenoke Ridge.

Sunday, Feb. 17 Silvermine Art Center New Members Exhibition: Noon: It's the last day of the New Members exhibit. Each year in the spring and fall, artists are selected, through a jury process to become new members of the Silvermine Guild of Artists. The Silvermine Guild of Artists is a distinguished group of professional artists comprising more than 300 members who work in a wide array of media and are represented in museums, and prestigious private and corporate collections. 1037 Silvermine Road.
