Memorial Day just wouldn’t be the same without a blowout barbecue, and Barcelona is set to host their first of the season, just in time for Monday, May 30. It’s their second annual Memorial Day a la parilla, which is espangnol for barbecue.
The whole family is invited to this outdoor barbecue buffet featuring Barcelona’s best from the grill: burgers, steaks, sausage, corn on the cob, peppers and so much more deliciousness. The grown-ups will dig the cocktail demonstrations, Thomas Hooker beer tastings and chef demos from the Barcelona Cookbook. The kids will love the face painting, magic and puppet shows. And everyone will get their groove on to the Jason Spooner Trio’s live music.
Twenty bucks will buy your way in, and kids get in for $10. The party will be rockin’ from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, May 30, at Barcelona, located at 4180 Black Rock Turnpike, in Fairfield.
