LeFarm Goes Underground

Chef Bill Taibe’s LeFarm restaurant is redefining adventure dining in Fairfield County. His Souterrain (French for underground) series is gearing up for a fourth dining experience where everything -- date, time and location -- is yet to be determined.

According to folks at LeFarm, Souterrain works like this: “A different location will be chosen for each dinner and will be announced 48 hours prior to the event. The price of that dinner will fluctuate, depending on market value and availability.”

An expertly prepared, locally sourced gourmet meal at a secretly selected location. If that doesn’t pique your interest, you might need to have your foodie card revoked.

Even I don’t know when the next Souterrain will happen for sure. The only way to find out more is to email ffoodllc@optonline.net.
