Most Fun Concoction: The Port Chester Reviver which a spokesperson described as a "salad in a cocktail." The drink is named after a "reviver," which is meant to revitalize. For those looking for something more traditional, the bartaco Margarita, a take on a traditional margarita with tequila, fresh-squeezed lime juice, agave and triple sec ranks among the restaurant's most popular.
Shaken and Stirred: All of bartaco’s cocktails are made with freshly squeezed juice.
