Iron Chefs Terri Salmons, Wayne Theodis and Jonathon Lindley had exactly one hour to create unique culinary masterpieces honoring a secret ingredient, oranges, in a culinary battle. The chefs’ entrée and dessert creations were rated by a panel of judges, former Board president and development committee member Judy Bentley, Waveny’s Chief Financial Officer Shaun Powell and Assistant Director of Resident Activities Barbara Jeffries, as well as The Inn's audience.
