New York Times Rates New Canaan's Baldanza As 'Very Good'

NEW CANAAN, Conn. – New Canaan’s farm-to-table focused Baldanza Market and Café received a "Very Good" rating in the New York Times review for its restaurant, which opened in July 2013.

Eight farms provide a majority of Baldanza’s ingredients. Topping some of the menu favorites were the Riverbank kale salad, the tomato goat cheese tart and the wild Alaskan salmon according to the report. 

Baldanza is open Mondays through Fridays, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sundays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
