Last Chance To Sign Up For New Canaan's Waveny Golf, Tennis Outing

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Residents interested in participating in the Waveny "Swinging for Seniors" golf and tennis outing at the Country Club of New Canaan on Monday, May 19, can still sign up.

The “Swinging for Seniors” outing will begin with registration and lunch, followed by a golf shotgun start and a tennis round robin in the afternoon.

Golfers will have several hole-in-one opportunities on the course with prizes including a 2014 Corvette courtesy of Karl Chevrolet, and $10,000 cash sponsored by Stronghold Insurance & Financial Services.

The event will conclude with a gourmet reception featuring an awards ceremony and raffle drawing.
