New Canaan Cub Scouts Chip In For Toys For Tots At Karl Chevrolet

NEW CANAAN, Conn. — Local Cub Scout Pack 70 dropped off plenty of donations for Toys for Tots at KARL Chevrolet in New Canaan, filling the back of a 2015 Chevy Silverado on KARL’s showroom floor with toys.

KARL Chevrolet is one of New Canaan’s oldest sponsors of Toys for Tots, marking its 33rd year as a drop-off site in 2014.

“We really had great participation from our pack and a good turnout at the KARL dealership. I think the kids felt good about helping other, less fortunate children,” Cubmaster Christopher Winalski said.

Donations can be dropped off through Dec. 22 at the dealership, which is accepting new, unwrapped toys for newborns through teens.
