The golf and tennis tournament, now in its 13th year, benefits Waveny LifeCare Network. Polera hit a clean shot with his 6 iron down the 174-yard seventh hole at NCCC to sink his third career hole-in-one.

The event pays for Waveny’s financial assistance program, which supports residents and patients who cannot afford the full cost of their care within Waveny’s continuum of care, including Waveny Care Center, The Village, The Inn and Waveny’s Adult Day Program.

Celebrating 40 years of serving the community, Waveny LifeCare Network provides a comprehensive continuum of health care to serve the growing needs of older adults from all areas.
