NEW CANAAN, Conn. — Main Street was awash in red, white and blue on Monday for New Canaan’s annual Memorial Day Parade.

Thousands of residents lined the parade route to wave to military veterans, emergency service volunteers, town officials and the bands that played music in salute to the men and women who have served the United States in military conflicts. Several residents sent the New Canaan Daily Voice their best shots of the event.

NEW CANAAN, Conn. — Four New Canaan teenagers have been charged in an eBay scheme in which they had people bid on an item but then sold only its user guide, Sgt. Carol Ogrinc said.
