New Canaan's Young Womens League, Staying Put Spruce Up Senior Homes

NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Members of the The Young Women’s League of New Canaan and Staying Put in New Canaan prepared holiday wreaths to decorate the doors of local seniors for the holiday season last week.

“It was so much fun to have a festive holiday activity that engaged multiple generations. We loved helping local seniors decorate wreaths and everyone left the event in high spirits,” said Rozena Verda, programs chair for the Young Women’s League of New Canaan. “It will be a memorable highlight from the holidays.”
