Four competitive teams from the studio — Mini Level 1 Prep Morganites, Youth Level 1 Prep Malachites, Youth Level 2 Emeraldites and Senior Level 3 DIAMONDites — all qualified for the finals in Providence, Rhode Island, where thousands of athletes from the U.S., England and Korea competed.

In the end the Malachites and the DIAMONDites each won their divisions and the Emeraldites earned a third-place finish.

The Mini Morganites took fifth place and the Spirit’s special needs team, the Alexandrites, performed an outstanding routine to conclude their fourth season.

“This has truly been a season to remember and I am incredibly proud of all the Spirit Zone Too athletes,” said Spirit Zone Too owner Anne Aguiar-Asta. “Each and every one of them has grown individually and, together, they have developed into the great teams they are today.”
