Waveny Residents Enjoy Donation Of Exercise Equipment

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Residents at the Inn at Waveny are welcoming the addition of a new recumbent cross trainer.

The new equipment is courtesy of generous donations from Allison Caeser and Alice Jennings, according to a press release.

"The exercise machine has been especially well received since it was difficult for residents to venture outside throughout the lengthy winter months," Waveny officials said. "Prior to use, residents were trained in proper usage by Waveny’s Director of Rehabilitation Services, Anne Newton, PT."
