Attorney: New Trial In Greenwich Murder May Point To Skakel's Brother

GREENWICH, Conn. -- On the "Today" show Friday, the attorney for Michael Skakel said that if there is a retrial of the Kennedy cousin, he may accuse other suspects, including Skakel's brother, in the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley in her Greenwich yard.

Skakel, 53, was released from prison on $1.2 million bond Thursday as he awaits word on a new trial. A judge recently overturned Skakel's 2002 conviction, citing bad legal representation. Skakel has been in prison for more than 11 years.
