Norwalk for $200: Scott Bergeron, a business development manager from the city, competed on "Jeopardy!" 

The Diocese of Bridgeport settled five lawsuits claiming that four priests had sexually abused children in Bridgeport, Norwalk, New Milford, Fairfield, Greenwich and Danbury back in the 1970s and 1980s.

A missing 26-year-old man from Florida who crashed his SUV on the Devon Bridge and then jumped into the Housatonic River in Stratford has not been found. 

The man found dead in a burning, stolen SUV in Bridgeport died of a gunshot wound. The death of Jason Nieves, 28, of Bridgeport, was the 13th homicide of the year in the city.
