New Canaan P&Z Panel Considers Project For Cross Street

NEW CANAAN, Conn. – The Planning and Zoning Commission recently held a public hearing regarding a proposed project on Cross Street, The New Canaan News reported.

The project would erect a 3 1/2-story building for mixed commercial and residential usage, according to The New Canaan News. In order for the project to begin, P&Z members would have to agree to amend multiple aspects of the community’s zoning ordinance.
