NEW CANAAN, Conn. — One person was taken to the hospital following a one-car crash Thursday afternoon on Laurel Road in New Canaan, police report. Police did not know what caused the crash or how badly the person was injured.

NEW CANAAN, Conn. — Four New Canaan teenagers have been charged in an eBay scheme in which they had people bid on an item but then sold only its user guide, Sgt. Carol Ogrinc said.
