? The Republican side of this fall’s local elections is set, with four-term Mayor Richard Moccia once again getting the party’s nomination.

? State leaders are already looking to 2014, as State Sen. John McKinney of Fairfield announced his run for governor this week. Meanwhile, Gov. Dannel Malloy landed on the Washington Post’s list of “Most Endangered Governors” this week.

? Norwalk Police made two major arrests relating to marijuana sales Thursday. A Norwalk man was accused of running a marijuana growing operation in his basement, while a California man was accused of shipping 14 pounds of marijuana to a Norwalk address.
