Michael Cerretani of 186 Lakeview Ave., Apt. 6., is charged with patronizing a prostitute, police said. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 22.
On Aug. 19, police received a complaint from a victim, who indicated that Cerretani had offered to pay the victim to perform sexual services on the victim. After an investigation Cerretani turned himself in to police on Sunday, police said.
