The woman was walking home from work near Norwalk Hospital two months ago when he pulled over and asked for directions, the Hour reported. She said he tried to get her into his car to show him where he needed to go, but she declined, according to the Hour.

A warrant was issued for his arrest, and he turned himself in to police on Wednesday, the Hour reported. He was charged with breach of peace and held on a $10,000 bond.
