The victim's parents went to police with lewd pictures and text messages in January, Patch.com said. Police then obtained a warrant for the girl's arrest, Patch.com said.

The suspect surrendered with her parents to police on Tuesday, March 4., Patch.com reported. She was charged with risk of injury to a minor and will report to juvenile court, the story said.
