The home of Maximilian Huerta, at 9 Winnepauk Drive, was raided by police, and Huerta was taken into custody without incident, police said.

In his home, police found “a large amount of videos depicting children engaging in sexual acts,” and officers also found other undisclosed items of “evidentiary value,” according to Lt. Ashley Gonzalez, commander of the department’s Special Victims Unit.

Additional details surrounding the case were not disclosed. The investigation was led by Detective Nathaniel Paulino, with assistance from the Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit, which also participated in the raid.

Huerta was charged with importing child pornography, promoting a minor in an obscene performance, obscenity as to minors and first-degree possession of child pornography, all of which are Class B Felonies.

He was held on $100,000 bond pending arraignment in Norwalk Superior Court on Monday.
