NORWALK, Conn. — A 43-year-old man was charged with putting a camera in his roommate's closet wall at their Perry Avenue home in Norwalk, according to the Hour.

The victim told police that she discovered the camera in a small hole in the wall on Monday night, the Hour reported. The camera was attached to a wire on the wall of her roommate, Jose Chum-Hernandez, according to the Hour.

Police told the Hour that Chum-Hernandez claimed he didn't know about the camera and thought it might be related to the cable service, but eventually admitted that he had put it in to film his roommate. He was arrested and charged with voyeurism and third-degree criminal mischief, according to the Hour.
