Norwalk Police Seek Suspect Who Used Stolen Credit Cards To Buy Jewelry

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk Police are seeking a person suspected of stealing someone's credit cards and using them to buy jewelry and handbags in Trumbull and Greenwich.

Police said that on Oct. 19, 2017, the suspect made several thousand dollars worth of fraudulent purchases of jewelry and handbags at the Trumbull Mall and at Saks Fifth Avenue in Greenwich, using the victim's store credit cards. 

The suspect also had the sales associates look up the accounts using the victim's personal information, and opened several other store credit cards in the victim's name as well, police said.
