Details are still emerging about the four-car pileup on Thursday, Oct. 30. Police are still not sure which car caused the head-on collision that began the chain-reaction crash. Police have not yet determined whether drugs, alcohol or speeding contributed to the wreck.

One driver is being investigated for possible drunken-driving charges, the New Canaan Advertiser said.
