New Canaan police are a joke with stopping everyone who has a dealer's license frame on their car. They should throw the book at this asshole and let everyone know that if they want to act like the Gestapo then they should be subject to the same over reaction as they apply to everyone else who has the misfortune to be any where near their neo-police state.
