Julie Elizabeth Grantham, of 116 Juniper Road, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of a release. She turned herself in to police Wednesday and was held on $15,000 bond for a court appearance in Norwalk.

Officers went to the Juniper Road residence at 2 p.m. Jan. 6 after a report of a dispute between two people there, police said.

Grantham was issued a summons and told she couldn't return to the residence, police said.

Less than four hours later, officers were called back to the home after Grantham had returned, police said.
