NEW CANAAN, Conn. A thief with a taste for wine and tax returns visited a home on Husted Lane recently, New Canaan police report.
The 60-year-old occupant told officers someone walked off with tax returns from 2006 to 2011, a dozen music CDs worth $120 and 12 bottles of wine worth $240. The incident took place Sept. 24. Police said there was no forced entry into the home.
