Scam Artists Steal Watch From New Canaan Store

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Two men managed to scam a store clerk at Jack Spade in New Canaan and made off with a watch valued at more than $300 last Wednesday, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

The two men were in their late 20s to early 30s, police told the Advertiser. One was described as tall and bald wearing a newsboy hat while the other was short with a beard, blue eyes and glasses, the New Canaan Advertiser said.
