The Stamford Police Department is asking for the public's helping in identifying a man who was caught on video kicking out and shattering a window inside a building in the city late last month.
The incident occurred at around 9:20 p.m. on March 25, when the man, who was in the company of a woman, kicked out a window inside a building at 222 Summer Street.
If you see the man, do not approach him, but contact Stamford Police at 203-977-4407.
