New Canaan's Kevin Moynihan, a retired Wall Street lawyer, and Greenwich's Jim Campbell, a former Republican town chairman, have vowed to back the businessman and current frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination, the Hartford Courant said.
Moynihan cited his pragmatism and realism in his choice for supporting a candidate he admitted was "imperfect," reported the Hartford Courant.
Lawyer and real estate broker Campbell commended Trump's "plain-spoken" and "tell it like it is" approach, the Hartford Courant said.
