GREENWICH, Conn. -- In announcing his bid to run again for governor, Greenwich millionaire Tom Foley said he may use public financing in the 2014 campaign, according to a report in The Hartford Courant.
Foley narrowly lost in 2010 to Gov. Dannel Malloy, a Democrat. He has formed an exploratory committee to seek a rematch. Malloy has not yet announced his plans for 2014.
