Houlihan Lawrence, which is listing the 4,777-square-foot house and its 3-acre spread off West Road, says Breuer built it in the early 1950s and lived there himself for more than two decades.

The real estate broker said the current owner, who also is an architect, added a glass-and-steel structure, which houses the master bedroom, around 2008.

The main dwelling has four bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a wine cellar and a stone pool house, according to a listing on Zillow.
