GREENWICH, Conn. – A multi-million equestrian estate has been listed for $21 million, but a no-reserve auction slated for June 17 means the home could go for much less to a lucky buyer.

The 10,000 square foot home features five bedrooms and nine bathrooms set on almost 13 acres.

The estate also includes an eight-stall barn with a tack room, wash stall, feed room, half bath, inlaid rubber flooring, abundant storage areas and full hayloft. There’s a 140-foot-by-200-foot outdoor training ring in addition to the 80-foot-by-140-foot indoor ring for when the weather isn’t optimal.
