GREENWICH, Conn. Greenwichs Registrar of Voters announced it will hold a public lottery to determine the horizontal order of names on the November ballot for multiple-candidate offices such as first selectman. The lottery will take place Sept. 15 at 9 a.m. in the Registrar of Voters office on the first floor at Town Hall.
