Manuel Luis Santiago, 33, of Catasauqua is facing 16 charges including statutory sexual assault, rape of a child and three counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child following his arrest Friday at a home in Northampton Borough, LehighValleyLive reports citing Easton Police Lt. Matthew Gerould.
Santiago’s arrest is the result of an investigation into reports involving two girls ages 11 and 12 stating that the Lehigh Valley man sexually assaulted them several years ago; meanwhile, officers became aware of a third alleged victim — a 13-year-old girl — during the investigation, the report says.
