The new sites are part of the state's #VaxtoSchool campaign, an effort to increase vaccination rates among school-aged New Yorkers, the state said.

The first two sites will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 3. One will be held in Rockland County at the Robert L. Yeager Health Center, Building A, located at 50 Sanatorium Road in Pomona.

The site will be open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and the state said an incentive of Amazon Gift Cards will be provided. There will also be a pop-up site held at the same location and at the same time on Tuesday, Nov. 9.

The other site on Wednesday will be held at Sullivan County Public Health Services, located at 50 Community Lane in Liberty.

The site will take place from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Amazon Gift Cards will also be provided as an incentive.

The next pop-up location will be held in Westchester County on Saturday, Nov. 6. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and vaccines will be administered at the City of Restoration Ministries, located at 213 Ashburton Ave. in Yonkers.

On Tuesday, Nov. 9, a pop-up site will be offering vaccinations in Orange County. The site will be open from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Cornwall Central School District, located at 10 Dragon Drive in New Windsor.

Amazon Gift Cards will be provided as an incentive.

"In just seven weeks, 146 #VaxtoSchool sites in all corners of the state have helped more school-aged New Yorkers and their families get vaccinated," Hochul said. "Taking a community-centered approach and working in collaboration with partners on the ground, we are continuing to increase vaccination rates among New York's adolescents - keeping New York's schools open, healthy, and safe. To New York's parents and guardians: help make sure your child is vaccinated - it is and remains their best protection against the virus."
