Brotherhood & Higley is New Canaan’s oldest real estate brokerage, serving the New Canaan community since 1926. As a Houlihan Lawrence affiliate, Brotherhood & Higley will now operate as Houlihan Lawrence, providing its team of over 30 agents and their clients with complete access to the Houlihan Lawrence marketing platform.

Houlihan Lawrence has moved quickly to assume a leadership position in Fairfield County real estate. The firm opened its first Connecticut office in Greenwich in August 2013, growing rapidly to become the No. 1 brokerage in Greenwich this year. In January 2015, Houlihan Lawrence launched its successful affiliate program by joining forces with Kelly Associates, the longstanding No. 1 brokerage in Darien.
