▪ Deborah L. Perkins Recoverable Trust sold 90 Parade Hill Lane to Mark Philip Whyman and Loretta Lau for $2.6 million.

▪ Ann Gehnrich sold 970 Ponus Ridge Road to Kenneth A. and Julie L. Kurtzman for $1.755 million.

▪ Annamarie M. Delahunt sold 136 Douglas Road to Kaeser Development LLC for $800,000.

▪ Rajendra Modi sold 34 River St. to Demitrios A. and Ruth F. Vasquez for $300,000.
