NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in New Canaan from Oct. 19 to Oct. 25 as reported by the New Canaan town clerk’s office:

▪ Emily R. and Michael Grant Baker sold 93 Thurton Drive to Kunal Singhania and Pratha Nangia for $1.4 million.

▪ Jerome B. Applebome and Sydel G. Applebome sold 1528 Ponus Ridge to Robertson Holdings LLC for $850,000.

▪ Edward Hughes sold 294 Main St., Unit A, to Pamela D. Herring for $800,000.
