NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in New Canaan from June 25 to June 28, as reported to the New Canaan town clerk’s office:

▪ Dennis W. and Martha G. Perry sold 27 Dunning Road to Jonathan and Jill Castle for $2.85 million.

▪ John and Sally Brainard sold 13 Bank St. to Dennis W. and Martha G. Perry for $1.6 million.

▪ William R. Gough, executor of the estate of J. Russell Gough, sold 39 Pond View Lane to Erin and Jonathon Trepanier for $1.315 million.

▪ John J. O’Connor Jr. and Michelle S. O’Connor sold 125 Cedar Lane to Matthew T. and Jeanne M. Peloso for $1.135 million.

▪ John M. and Frances W. Koptiuch sold 231 Cedar Lane to Davin A. Harte for $1.12 million.

▪ Peter Kay Marschalk, Andrea Marschalk Scheyhing and Karen Marschalk Viener sold Lot 61 Pepper Lane to Pepper Lane LLC for $1 million.
