▪ TS Real Estate sold 41 Green Ave. to Jonathan H. and Katherine L. Owsley for $2.6 million.
▪ Michael and Jennifer Kane sold 687 Carter St. to Brian P. and Regina McGough for $2 million.
▪ John and Alexandra Dunn sold 10 Alan Lane to Jeffrey H. and Catherine E. Cutshall for $1.685 million.
▪ Linda E. Bisbee sold 110 Wellesley Drive to Mark W. and Eileen Hojnacki for $1.53 million.
▪ Robert L. Cookston III and Andrea M. Cookston sold 567 Carter St. to Michael and Jennifer Kane for $1.3675 million.
▪ Julie Sonigo Metivier sold 62 Comstock Hill Road to Rocky Reid and Lisa Axelson for $1.365 million.
