NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in New Canaan and Wilton from Sept. 13 to Sept. 20 as reported by the New Canaan and Wilton town clerk’s offices:

▪ 428 Cedar LLC sold 428 Cedar Lane, New Canaan to Stephen and Ann Cannon for $3.1 million.

▪ Maples Inn Development LLC sold 179 Oenoke Ridge, New Canaan to Harriet Plavoukos for $1.3 million.

▪ The Estate of Teresa Casciari sold 86 Locust Ave., New Canaan to 86 Locust LLC for $395,000.

▪ John P. and Sarah W. O’Malley sold 55 Range Road, Wilton to Colton and Jennifer Wright for $703,232.

▪ Edward F. and Kathy V. Kierce sold 33 Deer Run Road, Wilton to Kevin E. and Kristyn P. O’Grady for $625,000.
