▪ John F. and Elizabeth A. Kennelly sold 70 Dunning Road to Shane C. and Ann D. McMahon for $2.2 million.
▪ Sean L. and Elizabeth A. Dewinter sold 14 Silvermine Road to Victoria C. Thomas for $1,337,140.
▪ Charles Tricomi sold 50 Comstock Hill Road to John A. Edwards and Geraldine K. Edwards for $1.2 million.
▪ The estate of Carolyn H. Frazier sold 78 Brooks Road to Daniel A. and Jill G. LaGattuta for $1.1 million.
