NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in New Canaan from Jan. 18 to Jan. 24 as reported by the New Canaan town clerk’s office:

▪ The Estate of Nancy R. Greene, care of Walter L. Greene, sold 94 Elm Place to James Douglas Warner and Anne McGee for $950,000
▪ Theodore E. and Marea E. Dumbauld sold 108 Bennington Place to LTW Builders for $865,000.
