NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in New Canaan from Sept. 4 to Sept. 6, as reported to the New Canaan Town Clerk’s Office:

▪ Julie and Paul Ainsworth sold 81 White Oak Shade Road to Peter Avellone for $2.225 million.

▪ Westover LLC sold 8 Ardsley Square, Unit 8 to Janice DeGaetano for $1.725 million.

▪ Richard L. and Catherine Harter sold 159 East Ave. to Christine W. Paddock, trustee of the Christine W. Paddock Revocable Trust, for $1.599 million.

▪ John E. Karr and Patricia M. Russo sold 191 Smith Ridge Road to Jennifer Ellenberg and Scott Paul Bergen for $1.575 million.

▪ Seelert Properties LLC sold 444 Oenoke Ridge to John E. and Susan B. Seelert for $1.11 million.

▪ Patricia Redmond sold 791 North Wilton Road to 791 North Wilton Road LLC for $950,000.
