NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in New Canaan from Oct. 12 to Oct. 18 as reported by the New Canaan town clerk’s office:

▪ C. Thomas and Jennifer S. Richardson sold 21 Marshall Ridge Road to Jason and Allison Wolter for $2.4 million.

▪ Gregory Smith sold 126 Richmond Hill Road to Dennis Stern and Kathianne Robins for $816,000.

▪ Richard M. Coan, trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Ruth Jones, sold 42 Urban St. to Bank of America N.A. for $380,000.

▪ Robert M. and Margaret S. Salmon sold Garage Unit No. 37, 177 South Ave. to Sherman M. and Peggy R. Bull for $17,000.
